What do I get with a Retouchly membership?
You get an ongoing membership to Retouchly.net that provides access to the photo editing/retouching service. Your membership automatically renews after each billing period until you actively cancel it.
How much does the membership cost?
The Starter plan is €9.99 and the Premium plan ranges from €29.99 to €48.99 depending on your location. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log into your account dashboard using the credentials from your welcome email, then click “My Account” to terminate your membership. You can also use the “Cancel” button on the main website or visit the Unsubscribe page at retouchly.net/cancel.
What is the refund policy?
New memberships are covered by a Money Back Guarantee for the initial membership period only. Refund requests for ongoing subscriptions are reviewed case-by-case and may be prorated. Refunds take 10-15 business days to process.
How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
The transaction will appear as “cloudedit.net and retouchon.net” on your billing statement.
What payment methods are accepted?
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and Visa Electron are accepted. All payments are processed via SSL-encrypted connection.
Is there a contract or binding period?
No, there is no binding period. You can freely terminate your membership at any time without penalty.

What happens if my payment fails?
Retouchly reserves the right to retry the payment until it goes through. If payment cannot be captured, access will be removed and the account closed until payment is successful.
